5 月 30 日,2025 第二届“亚洲文化公益论坛”暨亚洲国际公益网络年会,在香港生产力促进局圆满落幕。

论坛以“共筑公益生态——亚洲力量·琼港合作”为主题,汇聚了众多公益领域的专家学者、企业代表以及社会各界人士,共同探讨亚洲文化公益事业的现状、挑战与未来趋势。与此同时,香港国际文化创意博览会也在同期举办,吸引了众多文化创意领域的专家、企业家和爱好者。

Cre8te 新益企业作为受邀嘉宾,在公益论坛上分享了多年来在可持续公益事业方面的深度实践,并在香港国际文化创意博览会上分享了文创业务板块的创新成果。

创业者的初心与坚守

Cre8te 新益企业创始人肖洪涛女士在亚洲文化公益论坛上,围绕“可持续公益与社会发展”主题回顾了自己的创业经历与公益之路。

肖洪涛表示,创业之路充满挑战,但凭借专注、专一与坚韧的精神,团队始终站在客户角度思考问题,追求完美,持续创新,以耐心与韧性克服重重困难,不断实现新的突破。

自成立以来,Cre8te 新益始终专注于国际化学校的校园产品综合服务,业务范围不仅覆盖国内,还拓展至韩国、澳洲、马来西亚等地,持续发展壮大。


公益教育的实践与探索

Cre8te 新益多年来一直关注青少年成长及弱势群体的教育需求。作为北京金羽翼公益基金会的创会理事,肖洪涛女士详细介绍了新益与金羽翼公益基金的深度合作项目。

金羽翼公益基金致力于为孤独症孩子提供艺术康复服务,而 Cre8te 新益则通过自身的专业优势,将公益与商业相结合,打造了可持续的公益模式。


肖洪涛女士说,打造这种可持续公益模式的初衷,是因为第一次参观康复中心时,在与孤独症孩子家庭沟通过程中,了解到他们沉重的经济负担,和对孩子未来的迷茫与无助。

作为一名母亲,她深切感受到这些家长的困境,同时,她也注意到自闭症孩子做自己喜欢的事情时,有着很强的专注力。于是,萌生“文创 + 公益项目”:为自闭症孩子提供手工刺绣等手工课程,通过艺术创作的方式,帮助自闭症孩子提升康复效果;同时通过专业设计师的帮助,将孩子的作品转化为文创产品进行销售,从而实现公益项目的可持续发展。


Cre8te 新益将这些产品上线到自己面向全国百所学校的销售平台,受到众多家长和学生的欢迎,而售利润则全部用于回馈孤独症孩子,企业还积极参与“全国残章青少儿艺术双年展”,为残障儿童提供艺术展示的机会,让他们在艺术的世界中绽放光彩,并通过为合作校提供项目式体验课程,让更多学生参与到了解和帮助自闭症孩子的项目中,从而形成一个良性循环的公益生态。


此外,Cre8te 新益还开展了多项公益项目,如资助川西贫困地区学生学业。肖洪涛女士本人也资助了当地一名初中女生的学业,如今该女生已参加高考,并计划毕业后到 Cre8te 新益企业实习。

企业还设立专项公益基金,每位员工每月捐赠五元钱,用于支持更多的公益事业。这些举措体现了 Cre8te 新益对教育公益的深度参与和长期承诺,展现了企业在社会责任方面的担当。


传统文化的传承与创新

在同期举办的香港国际文化创意博览会上,Cre8te 新益大湾区业务负责人洪美霜代表新益企业发表了“非遗传承中的中国故事——传统文化文创定制”主题演讲,详细介绍了新益企业在文创业务板块与中国非遗文化的创新结合。


新益企业一直致力于中国传统文化的传承和创新,通过创新设计与工艺,将传统文化和融入代文创产品,让传统文化焕发出新的活力。洪美霜分享了新益企业与多所国际化学校的合作案例,展示了如何将非遗文化元素巧妙地融入文创设计中,不仅满足了孩子们的物质需求,更传承和弘扬了民族文化,增强了孩子们的文化自信。


公益项目的多元和跨界

在公益事业的探索过程中,Cre8te 新益不断拓展公益项目的边界,开展了丰富多彩的公益活动,取得了显著的成果。例如企业推出“最美校服设计课程”和“画春天”公益直播栏目,旨在缓解学生在疫情期间的焦虑情绪,通过艺术与创意的方式,为孩子们带来心灵的慰藉与成长的助力。

此外,“为星星的孩子设计校服”公益美育课程和“来自星星的礼物”舞台剧公益演出,让更多人关注自闭症孩子群体;通过助力耀中耀华“希望种子”公益助学凉山项目,为贫困地区的孩子们送去知识与希望,帮助他们实现梦想;


在 2025 年全国助残日,Cre8te新益通过参与“爱与梦想的绽放,金羽翼融合艺术节”公益活动,进一步推动了残障儿童艺术教育的发展,促进了社会的融合与进步。

On May 30, 2025, the 2nd "Asian Cultural Public Welfare Forum" and Asian International Public Welfare Network Annual Conference successfully concluded at the Hong Kong Productivity Council. 

With the theme of "Building a Public Welfare Ecosystem Together – Asian Strength · Qiong-Hong Kong Cooperation," the forum brought together experts, scholars, corporate representatives, and figures from all walks of life in the public welfare sector to jointly discuss the current status, challenges, and future trends of cultural public welfare undertakings in Asia. Meanwhile, the Hong Kong International Cultural and Creative Expo was held concurrently, attracting numerous experts, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts in the cultural and creative fields. 

As an invited guest, Cre8te shared its years of in-depth practices in sustainable public welfare at the public welfare forum and presented innovative achievements in its cultural and creative business segment at the expo.


The Original Aspiration and Perseverance of Female Entrepreneurs

At the Asian Cultural Public Welfare Forum, Ms. Jane Xiao, Founder of Cre8te, reflected on her entrepreneurial journey and public welfare path around the theme of "Women's Public Welfare and Social Development." Ms. Jane Xiao stated that although female entrepreneurs face more challenges than their male counterparts, women's qualities of focus, dedication, and tenacity enable teams to better empathize with clients, demonstrate greater patience and resilience, Continuously achieve new breakthroughs.

Since its establishment, Cre8te has remained committed to providing comprehensive campus product services for international schools. Its business scope not only covers China but also extends to South Korea, Australia, Malaysia, continuing to grow and expand. In the company's team, female employees account for 60%, which not only highlights the important role of women in the workplace but also injects a unique female perspective and care into the enterprise's public welfare initiatives.


The Practice and Exploration of Public Welfare Education

Cre8te has consistently focused on the educational needs of adolescents and vulnerable groups for many years. As a founding council member of the Beijing Golden Wings Public Welfare Foundation, Ms. Jane Xiao elaborated on the in-depth cooperation projects between Cre8te and the Golden Wings Public Welfare Fund. 

The Golden Wings Public Welfare Fund is committed to providing art rehabilitation services for children with autism. Leveraging its professional strengths, Cre8te integrates public welfare with commerce to create a sustainable public welfare model.


Ms. Jane Xiao said that the original intention behind creating this public welfare model stemmed from her first visit to a rehabilitation center. During conversations with families of children with autism, she learned about their heavy financial burdens and the confusion and helplessness they felt about their children's futures.   

As a mother, she deeply empathized with these parents' dilemmas. At the same time, she noticed that children with autism exhibit strong concentration when engaged in activities they enjoy. This inspired the "cultural creativity + public welfare project" concept: providing handicraft courses such as hand embroidery for children with autism to help improve their rehabilitation outcomes through artistic creation. Meanwhile, with the help of professional designers, the children's works are transformed into cultural and creative products for sale, achieving the sustainable development of the public welfare project.


Cre8te launched these products on its sales platform serving hundreds of schools nationwide, which were warmly welcomed by many parents and students. All profits from sales are fully reinvested to support children with autism. The enterprise also actively participates in the "National Biennial Art Exhibition for Disabled Youth," providing artistic display opportunities for children with disabilities to shine in the world of art. By offering project-based experience courses to partner schools, Cre8te enables more students to engage in projects that understand and assist children with autism, thus forming a virtuous public welfare ecosystem.


In addition, Cre8te has launched multiple public welfare projects, such as sponsoring the education of students in poverty-stricken areas of western Sichuan. Ms. Xiao Hongtao herself has sponsored the education of a local junior high school girl, who is nw taking the college entrance examination and plans to intern at Cre8te after graduation.


The company has also established a special public welfare fund, where each employee donates 5 yuan monthly to support more public welfare initiatives. These measures reflect Cre8te's deep involvement and long-term commitment to educational philanthropy, demonstrating the enterprise's sense of social responsibility.


The Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Culture

At the Hong Kong International Cultural and Creative Expo held concurrently, Hong Meishuang, Head of Cre8te's Greater Bay Area Business, delivered a keynote speech on behalf of Cre8te titled "Chinese Stories in Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance – Customization of Traditional Culture and Creative Products", elaborating on Cre8te's innovative integration of cultural and creative business with China's intangible cultural heritage.


Cre8te has always been committed to the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture. Through innovative designs and craftsmanship, it integrates traditional culture into modern cultural and creative products, breathing new life into traditional culture. Hong Meishuang shared cases of Cre8te's collaborations with multiple international schools, demonstrating how intangible cultural heritage elements are ingeniously integrated into cultural and creative designs. This not only meets children's material needs but also inherits and promotes national culture, enhancing children's cultural confidence.


The Diversity and Cross-Border Nature of Public Welfare Projects

In the process of exploring public welfare undertakings, Cre8te has continuously expanded the boundaries of public welfare projects, carrying out a variety of colorful public welfare activities and achieving remarkable results. For example, the enterprise launched the "Most Beautiful School Uniform Design Course" and the public welfare live broadcast program "Painting Spring," aiming to alleviate students' anxiety during the pandemic and provide spiritual comfort and growth support for children through art and creativity. 

The "Firefly Clothes" public welfare project donated exclusive school uniforms with Dong cultural elements to children in Yaxian Dong Village and Guizhong Miao Village in Guizhou. This not only met the children's material needs but also inherited and promoted ethnic culture, enhancing the children's cultural confidence.


In addition, the public welfare aesthetic education course "Designing School Uniforms for Children of the Stars" and the public welfare stage play performance "Gifts from the Stars" have drawn more attention to children with autism. By supporting the "Seeds of Hope" public welfare education project in Liangshan by Yew Chung and Yew Wah, Cre8te has brought knowledge and hope to children in poverty-stricken areas, helping them realize their dreams. 


On the 2025 National Disability Assistance Day, Cre8te further promoted the development of art education for children with disabilities and facilitated social integration and progress by participating in the public welfare activity "Bloom of Love and Dreams, Golden Wings Integration Art Festival".
