新学期的脚步渐近,校服作为校园生活的“第一份仪式感”,怎么订更省心?小新特整理这份校服订购指南!3步完成订购:新手家长也能轻松搞定~
绑定学生信息(关键第一步!)
1、微信关注「Cre8te新益校园品牌」公众号,点击菜单栏「Uniform」,选择「Cre8te Uniform」进入订购平台。
2、输入学校专属代码:学校代码详见“校服订购家长信”。
3、填写学生信息:根据页面提示填写:学号(如有)、姓氏、手机号,提交孩子身高、体重;
4、勾选「校服购买须知」,点击“提交”完成绑定。
*小帖士:信息一旦提交将关联学生档案,务必核对无误哦~
按需选购校服
01、家长订购:按需点击「订购入口」,选购新学期校服。
02、尺码选择:同一款式需不同尺码?选择您需要的数量,然后调整为不同的尺码即可。

确认订单,完成定购
1、填写家庭收货地址
2、发票信息:支持填写企业/个人发票抬头,按需选择“不开发票”或“电子普票”
3、确认订单,支付,完成订购
如何查询物流进度?
支付完成后:
1、有货商品48小时内发出,缺货商品将自动拆分订单,到货后立即发货(无额外运费)
2、查物流路径:进入公众号「个人中心」→「我的订单」→「查看物流」实时查看
无忧退换货
收到校服后7天内,若需退换:
线上申请:点击「退换货」→「确认收货」→「申请售后」“选择自主线上换货或退货”。
退换要求:商品需吊牌齐全、未洗涤、包装完好(不影响二次销售)。
运费规则: 质量问题:往返运费由新益承担
尺码不合适等非质量问题:退回运费由买家承担。
差价说明:同款式不同尺码有差价时,需要先退款再重新购买。
小帖士:收货后先试穿不剪吊牌,确认合身再清洗,减少退换麻烦。

As the new school term draws near, school uniforms, regarded as the "first sense of ritual" in campus life, how can we order them with more ease? Xiao Xin has specially put together this school uniform ordering guide! You can complete the order in 3 steps: even new parents can handle it effortlessly~
Bind Student Information (Critical First Step!)
1. Follow the official WeChat account of "Cre8te新益校园品牌" on WeChat, click "Uniform" in the menu bar, and select "Cre8te Uniform" to enter the ordering platform.
2. Enter the school-specific code: Please refer to the "School Uniform Ordering Parent Letter" for the school code.
3. Fill in student information: According to the on-page prompts, fill in the student ID (if available), surname, and mobile phone number, then submit the student's height and weight.
4. Check the "School Uniform Purchase Terms" and click "Submit" to complete the binding.
*Tip: Once the information is submitted, it will be linked to the student's file. Be sure to check and confirm all details are correct!

1.Parent Ordering: Click on the "Order Entry" and purchase the new semester's school uniforms as needed.
2.Size Selection: Need different sizes for the same style? Select the quantity you need, then adjust to the different sizes required.
Confirm the order and complete the purchase

1. Fill in the home delivery address
2. Invoice information: Corporate/individual invoice titles are supported. Select "No Invoice" or "Electronic Ordinary Invoice" as needed

After payment is completed:
1. In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. For out-of-stock items, the order will be automatically split and shipped immediately once the items are in stock (no additional shipping fees).
2. Check logistics route: Enter the official WeChat account, go to "Personal Center" → "My Orders" → "Track Logistics" to view the real-time logistics status.
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
Within 7 days of receiving the school uniform, if you need to return or exchange it:
Online Application:
Click "Return/Exchange" → "Confirm Receipt" → "Apply for After-Sales Service", then select "Self-service Online Exchange" or "Self-service Online Return".
Return/Exchange Requirements:
The product must have a complete hangtag, be unwashed, and be in intact packaging (without affecting secondary sales).
Shipping Fee Policy:
- Quality issues: Round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by Xinyi.
- Non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect size selection): The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Price Difference Instruction:
If there is a price difference between different sizes of the same style, you need to get a refund first and then repurchase.
*Tip: Try on the school uniform first without cutting off the hangtag after receiving it. Only wash it once you confirm the fit to avoid the trouble of return or exchange.
